I got a nice collection of this kind in a book (Forbidden American Slang). It also contains tasty phrases like: "I'm up shit creek without a paddle." and "Hell's bells and buckets full of blood!"

About "fuck" I read in Paul Watzlawick's "Gebrauchsanweisung für Amerika" that it is regarded vulgar, nasty to use the word for what it originally describes, the act of copulation. But in popular language it is used for an increasing lot of things as described in the video.
